These Terms govern your use of the Pedalist mobile application and the Pedalist websites, including the route planner at route.pedalist.app (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
Your privacy is covered separately by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Pedalist is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Training plans, coaching insights, recovery guidance and any AI-generated content are informational only. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training programme, and stop exercising if you feel unwell.
Routes and navigation are guidance, not instructions. Map data, elevation data and turn-by-turn cues can be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for cycling. Road conditions, closures and traffic change constantly. You are solely responsible for riding safely, obeying traffic law, and judging whether a road or route is safe. Do not operate the App while riding in a way that distracts you.
Rides, routes, race guides, photos and anything else you create or upload remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and for the people you deliberately share it with (for example a published race guide or a route shared by link). We do not sell your content and do not use it to train AI models.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload — including any route, track or file that came from someone else.
You may connect third-party accounts and devices such as Strava, Intervals.icu, Garmin, Wahoo or Apple Health. Those services are operated by their own companies under their own terms and privacy policies; we do not control them and are not responsible for them. Connecting is always your choice and you can disconnect at any time. A third-party service may change or withdraw its API at any time, which can disable the related Pedalist feature.
We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service. If we discontinue a paid feature you have already paid for, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused period through the relevant store where that is possible.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the App or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully; where practical we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of map, elevation or training data.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss arising from your reliance on route, navigation or training information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer. Where liability can be limited, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App or by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Bu Koşullar, Pedalist mobil uygulamasını ve route.pedalist.app adresindeki rota planlayıcı dahil Pedalist web sitelerini (birlikte "Hizmet") kullanımınızı düzenler. Hesap oluşturarak veya Hizmet'i kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Hizmet'i kullanmayın.
Gizliliğiniz ayrıca Gizlilik Politikası ile düzenlenir; o metin bu Koşulların bir parçasıdır.
Pedalist bir tıbbi cihaz değildir ve tıbbi tavsiye vermez. Antrenman planları, antrenör değerlendirmeleri, toparlanma önerileri ve yapay zekâ tarafından üretilen tüm içerik yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Bir antrenman programına başlamadan veya değiştirmeden önce hekiminize danışın; kendinizi iyi hissetmiyorsanız egzersizi bırakın.
Rotalar ve navigasyon yönlendirmedir, talimat değildir. Harita verisi, yükseklik verisi ve dönüş tarifleri hatalı, güncel olmayan ya da bisiklet için uygunsuz olabilir. Yol durumu, kapanmalar ve trafik sürekli değişir. Güvenli sürmekten, trafik kurallarına uymaktan ve bir yolun veya rotanın güvenli olup olmadığına karar vermekten yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamayı sürüş sırasında dikkatinizi dağıtacak şekilde kullanmayın.
Sürüşleriniz, rotalarınız, yarış rehberleriniz, fotoğraflarınız ve oluşturduğunuz veya yüklediğiniz her şey size aittir. Bize yalnızca Hizmet'i size sunmak ve bilerek paylaştığınız kişilere göstermek amacıyla (örneğin yayımlanmış bir yarış rehberi veya bağlantıyla paylaştığınız bir rota) bu içeriği saklama, işleme ve görüntüleme yönünde sınırlı bir lisans vermiş olursunuz. İçeriğinizi satmayız ve yapay zekâ modeli eğitiminde kullanmayız.
Yüklediğiniz her şey için — başkasından gelen rota, iz veya dosyalar dahil — gerekli haklara sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.
Strava, Intervals.icu, Garmin, Wahoo veya Apple Health gibi üçüncü taraf hesap ve cihazları bağlayabilirsiniz. Bu servisler kendi şirketleri tarafından, kendi koşul ve gizlilik politikalarıyla işletilir; onları kontrol etmiyoruz ve onlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bağlantı kurmak her zaman sizin tercihinizdir ve istediğiniz an kesebilirsiniz. Üçüncü taraf bir servis API'sini değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir; bu durumda ilgili Pedalist özelliği çalışmayabilir.
Hizmet'i çalışır tutmak için çaba gösteririz ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını taahhüt edemeyiz. Özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir; Hizmet'i askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Halihazırda ödemesini yaptığınız ücretli bir özelliği sonlandırırsak, mümkün olduğu ölçüde kullanılmayan dönem için ilgili mağaza üzerinden orantılı iade sağlarız.
Hizmet'i kullanmayı istediğiniz an bırakabilir, hesabınızı Uygulama içinden veya [email protected] adresine yazarak silebilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ihlal eden ya da hukuka aykırı kullanıldığına makul şekilde kanaat getirdiğimiz hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz; uygulanabilir olduğu hâllerde önce bildirir ve düzeltme imkânı tanırız.
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, belirli bir amaca uygunluk ile harita, yükseklik ve antrenman verilerinin doğruluğu dahil zımni garantileri hariç tutarız.
Dolaylı zararlardan, veri kaybından ve rota, navigasyon veya antrenman bilgisine güvenmenizden doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu Koşullar, yasa gereği sınırlandırılamayan sorumlulukları — ihmalimiz sonucu ölüm veya bedensel zarar, hile hâlleri ve tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz emredici haklar — kapsam dışı bırakmaz. Sınırlandırılabilen hâllerde toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebe konu olayın öncesindeki on iki ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Esaslı değişiklikler yürürlüğe girmeden önce Uygulama içinde veya e-posta ile duyurulur ve sayfanın başındaki tarih güncellenir. Sonrasında Hizmet'i kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır ve İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Başka bir ülkede yerleşik tüketici iseniz, yerleşik olduğunuz ülkenin emredici tüketici mevzuatının koruması saklıdır.
